Groundskeeper

Job Type: Seasonal (April - October 2026)

Location: Kelowna, B.C.

Our Winery is in the heart of British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, building on more than three decades of winemaking, and defining a new chapter with bright, expressive North Okanagan wines. The Life of a Groundskeeper

Responsible for working with the team to improve or maintain the health of the plants in the landscape and within the natural environment
Participate in pruning, mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, pressure washing, fertilizing, raking, weeding, and tidying gardens and grounds
Assist in the set up and take down for winery events/concert series
Pruning, thinning and harvesting fruit trees
Maintain the gardens of winery residences
Perform other duties to maintain a clean and well-maintained landscaped environment and property in general

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience or a passion for horticulture
Ability to use hand and mechanical tools
Valid driver’s license
Physically fit and capable of bending as well as lifting and carrying up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs)
Working outdoors, in all weather conditions is required
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment
You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions

Bonus Points:

Certificate in horticulture considered an asset
1-2 years’ experience
