Full job description

Taiga Building Products - Winnipeg Branch has a full-time, permanent Administrator position available, the successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager and be primarily responsible for performing various administrative duties servicing the Winnipeg, Regina & Saskatoon Branches.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process invoices, billing, and payment tracking.
Serve as backup for answering incoming calls and routing them appropriately.
Accept and coordinate couriers to various locations.
Maintain various filing systems for documents and contracts.
Prepare reports on inventory levels, sales, and logistics performance.
Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients.
Collaborate with sales and procurement team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned within this role.

Skills and Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Business or Administration preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Administration or Reception.
Proficient in data entry and maintaining filing systems.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in administrative and office service duties.
Knowledge of invoicing and billing processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
