Full job description

Enzo Design Build is looking for a high-performing Office Administrator & Accounts Payable specialist to join our team in West Vancouver. If you are a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and loves optimizing workflows with AI, we want to hear from you.

The Role

You will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring our financial records are meticulous and our daily processes run like a well-oiled machine. This role requires a blend of traditional accounting discipline and modern digital efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Full ownership of Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, and managing Quickbooks Online.
Project & Admin Support: Preparing contracts and assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
Operations: Running day-to-day office tasks and ensuring the workspace is prepared for the team.
Process Improvement: Helping create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure "minimal supervision" high-performance standards.
Tech Integration: Utilizing AI tools and Google Workspace to automate tasks and increase productivity.

Requirements

Software Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools.
Experience: Proven experience with accounting tasks and working in a construction office environment.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research, such as localized salary benchmarks for new roles.
Work Ethic: A "high-performer" mindset with the ability to handle technical tasks independently.

Our Selection Process

At Enzo Design Build, we follow a rigorous "Proving Ground" selection process to eliminate bias:

Phase I: Video Screen.
Phase II: 20-minute Technical Zoom Interview.
Phase III: In-office Technical Interview

Note: During the in-office technical task, we maintain a focused environment; cell phone use is prohibited during the test.
