Nous sommes à la recherche d’un leader d’équipe, produits frais, motivé et axé sur le service à la clientèle pour soutenir les opérations quotidiennes des secteurs de produits frais. Ce rôle consiste à coordonner l’exécution des tâches, à soutenir le développement des associés et à assurer le bon fonctionnement des rayons afin d’offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle tout en atteignant les objectifs opérationnels du magasin.

Principales responsabilités

Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en accueillant les clients, en répondant à leurs questions et en les aidant à trouver les produits qui répondent à leurs besoins
Soutenir la coordination et l’exécution des priorités quotidiennes établies par les leaders des produits frais et l’équipe de direction
Déléguer, effectuer et assurer le suivi des tâches liées à la disponibilité des produits et à l’exécution opérationnelle
Évaluer la présentation et l’apparence des rayons afin de maintenir des normes élevées de marchandisage et d’expérience client
Animer les rassemblements quotidiens de l’équipe, communiquer les objectifs, partager les mises à jour et assurer le suivi de la productivité
Collaborer avec le leader des ressources humaines en magasin afin de soutenir la planification des horaires et les besoins opérationnels
Affecter les associés selon les priorités de couverture et les besoins de disponibilité dans les différents secteurs du magasin
Identifier les occasions de formation et de perfectionnement et soutenir le développement des associés grâce au coaching, à l’enseignement et à la rétroaction continue
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et exempt d’obstacles conformément aux politiques et procédures de l’entreprise
Effectuer les tâches administratives requises à l’aide des systèmes GPP, Workday et autres outils opérationnels
Participer aux activités de recrutement, d’intégration, de gestion du rendement et de développement des associés

Qualifications

Expérience en commerce de détail, en alimentation, en produits frais ou en supervision d’équipe, un atout
Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, en communication et en organisation
Solides compétences en service à la clientèle et en résolution de problèmes
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
Expérience en formation, en coaching ou en accompagnement d’employés, un atout
Aisance avec les systèmes de gestion des effectifs, des horaires et des opérations
Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible incluant les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to support daily operations across Fresh departments while helping associates deliver exceptional customer service. This role assists with process execution, team coordination, associate development, and operational planning to ensure product availability, department standards, and productivity goals are consistently achieved.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, promoting products and services, and resolving concerns
Support the coordination and execution of departmental priorities communicated by Fresh leadership and store management
Delegate, monitor, and participate in daily activities related to merchandise availability and operational execution
Evaluate department presentation and merchandising standards, making adjustments as needed to maintain an attractive shopping environment
Lead daily team huddles, communicate priorities, provide updates, set expectations, and monitor productivity
Review staffing schedules in partnership with store leadership and Human Resources
Assign associates to support operational needs and merchandise availability throughout the store
Identify coaching and training opportunities through regular department walkthroughs and observation
Support associate development through ongoing coaching, training, feedback, and performance discussions
Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Complete administrative responsibilities using workforce management and operational systems, including GPP and Workday
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management initiatives

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, grocery, fresh food operations, or team leadership preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Experience coaching, training, or mentoring associates is an asset
Comfortable using workforce management, scheduling, and operational systems
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Minimum age requirement: 16 years or older
