Dirigé par le chef Antonio Park, le Restaurant Park est un pilier d'excellence sur la scène gastronomique montréalaise depuis 2014, en transformant la cuisine traditionnelle japonaise et coréenne par l'intégration d'essences nord et sud-américaines dans chaque plat.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de chefs sushi expérimentés où vous aurez l'occasion de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif, en veillant à ce que notre vision soit respectée avec précision et excellence.

Responsabilités :

Aider à la préparation des aliments
S'assurer de la fraîcheur des produits
Capacité à couper et à trancher différents types de poissons et de viandes de manière experte
Maintenir une zone de travail propre et organisée
Respecter les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
Aider à la gestion des stocks
Préparer divers et plats en suivant la recette et en tenant compte des préférences des clients.
Expérience de garde manger préférable
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme et d'organisation sous pression.
Collaborer avec l'équipe pour répondre aux demandes des clients.
Solides compétences en matière de travail d'équipe et de communication claire.

Exigences :

- Expérience préalable dans la préparation de plats gastronomics

- Capacité à travailler rapidement tout en maintenant un haut niveau d'attention aux détails

- Excellentes aptitudes au travail d'équipe

- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique

Led by chef Antonio Park, Restaurant Park stands as a pillar of excellence within the Montreal gastronomic scene since 2014, by transforming traditional Japanese and Korean cuisine by weaving North and South American essence into every dish.

We are currently looking for experienced sushi chefs where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, ensuring that our vision is met with precision and excellence.

Responsabilities :

Help with food prep
Ensure freshness of products
Ability to expertly cut and slice different types of fish and meat
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations
Assist in inventory management
Prepare various dishes by following the recipe and by taking into account customer preferences
line cook experience preferable
Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of professionalism and organization under pressure
Collaborate with the team to respond to customer requests
Strong teamwork and clear communication skills

Requirements :

- Previous experience in asian food preparation

- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
