Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to motivate and lead our Housekeeping Team at Aava. This is a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Join us in creating unique and memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
Monitor quality control and address any issues promptly.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Previous experience with inventory management is preferred.
