Full job description

We are looking to fill a full-time role in our busy Whistler office. The Office Administrator will liaise with technicians and clients to handle a range of administrative duties and provide support to the Fire Division across the Sea to Sky.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle client requests and issues, and respond accordingly via email and phone
Review, organize and schedule technician work-orders and time-records
Assess all alarm activity reports and initiate appropriate action in a timely manner
Monitor or troubleshoot any issues and generate service calls
Create new resident and commercial accounts
Assist with client invoicing
Maintain numerous information filing systems and internal databases
Various projects as needed by management

Qualifications:

1-3 years of previous experience within an administrative role
Established knowledge of the construction and building industry is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word & outlook)

Ideal Candidate will have:

Ability to multi-task and adapt to client needs as required
Aptitude to learn new systems and technology quickly
A levelheaded attitude when handling stressful or unexpected situations
Aptitude to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in handling sensitive information

This is a year-round full-time role, working Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
