Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety
Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and managing waste
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
Participate in training new kitchen staff as needed
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices for food handling
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals for guests
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

*Hiring for night cooks only, must be available until 1AM daily!

*Must have love for the industry, love hospitality, people, and high pressure work environments.

*Business Hours - Sunday - Thursday 11AM-1AM, Friday & Saturday 11AM-2AM.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
