Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Boxing Coach to join our fitness and sports training team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in boxing instruction, with the ability to motivate and guide clients of various skill levels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help individuals achieve their fitness goals, improve their boxing techniques, and develop confidence in a supportive environment. Experience in teaching and swimming is considered a valuable asset for this position.

Duties

Design and deliver engaging boxing training sessions tailored to clients’ skill levels and fitness goals
Teach proper boxing techniques, including stance, punches, footwork, and defensive skills
Monitor clients’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities
Assist clients with warm-up, cool-down, and stretching routines
Maintain a clean and organized training area
Promote a positive and motivating environment to encourage client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience in boxing coaching or training
Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt instruction for different age groups and skill levels
Knowledge of swimming is a plus, especially for clients interested in integrated water-based fitness programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
Certification in boxing coaching or relevant fitness training is preferred but not mandatory
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed

Pay: $18.25-$30.00 per hour
