Mighty Painters is seeking a Painter to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming)
- Apply paint, varnish, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Repair and restore drywall, woodwork, and other surfaces
- Work alongside a small crew to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Travel & Schedule Expectations:
- Must be willing to travel for out-of-town projects lasting 2–4 weeks at a time (non-negotiable) (this is not a constant travel job, most work is local within 1 hour, occasionally longer distances)
- All travel expenses are covered
- Work includes primarily daytime shifts, with occasional nights and weekend work required
- Schedule will vary depending on project needs
- This is a seasonal position to start, with strong potential for full-time employment
- Hours may slow during winter months

Experience:
- 1–3 years of painting experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in residential and/or commercial painting is an asset
- We’re willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude
Important Requirements:
- Zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol on the job
- Must be dependable and safety-conscious at all times
- Valid driver’s license (asset)
