O-Netrix Solutions is a growing IT and technology company serving businesses, schools, municipalities, healthcare organizations, and First Nations throughout the Cariboo region. We’re looking for a customer-focused Tier 1 IT Support Technician who wants to learn, grow, and eventually move into more advanced technical roles.

You do not need to know everything yet — we’re looking for attitude, reliability, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We invest in training, mentorship, and long-term career development for the right person.

What You’ll Do

Provide Tier 1 support both in-office and during onsite visits
Assist with onboarding and replacement of end-user devices
Perform routine IT tasks such as password resets, account setup, email configuration, and workstation deployment
Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, printer, and peripheral issues
Document support work accurately and maintain clear communication with clients and teammates
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when appropriate
Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and within a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and move equipment
Must pass a Criminal Records Check and be bondable

Nice-to-Have

Previous IT support or help desk experience
Technical troubleshooting experience
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
