Full job description

Job Overview
Schoolhouse is seeking a radiant and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within central Nova Scotia. This position could be tailored to a student looking for and exciting summer position or someone seeking a full time, year round position. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing individual that possess an understanding of B2B sales, marketing strategies, and technical sales processes, with a proven track record in outside sales and business development. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate and guide sales initiatives, utilizing tools to track progress and analyze market trends. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about customer service, negotiation, and strategic account management to make a significant impact in a growing brewery.

Responsibilities

Weekly deliveries. (Wed Valley area, Thur. HRM)
Booking and leading NSLC staff and customer tastings.
Booking and attending special events. (Golf tournaments, Music Festivals)
Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and expand market share.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives.
Negotiate pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships.
Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

Experience

Experience in a customer focused service environment.
Valid Drivers Licence, clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data would be prefered.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Background in marketing strategies that support sales growth is highly desirable.
Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Prior experience in account management across diverse industries will be considered an asset. This role offers an engaging environment for motivated professionals eager to advance their careers in sales leadership while making meaningful contributions to our company's growth trajectory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 37.5 per week
