Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Supervisor/Woman to lead construction projects on-site with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes efficiency and excellence. Duties

Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly
Monitor safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide onsite activities
Utilize construction management software and other tools to track progress and document project milestones
Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to standards and specifications
Manage site logistics, including material delivery schedules, equipment usage, and waste disposal

Skills

Proven supervising experience in construction environments with strong leadership capabilities
Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of building processes and safety regulations
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
Knowledge of quality control procedures and budgeting practices within construction projects
Ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and craftsmanship
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
