Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations during evening hours, and ensuring smooth night audits. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and experience in hotel or hospitality environments. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse range of guests. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and assistance
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and preparing reports
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and reservations using hotel management software
Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest needs promptly
Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to safety, security, and confidentiality

Requirements

Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel hospitality is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential
Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for guests
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
