This part-time position is an on-site position at our Windsor Tepperman’s location, offering an immediate opportunity to join our team and fill a current vacancy.
Compensation: $18.60 per hour

As the Delivery Clerk, you embody exceptional customer service and adept problem-solving skills. You serve as the frontline representative, equipped with the ability to deftly de-escalate customer concerns and provide personalized assistance. Responsible for ensuring a seamless delivery experience, you meticulously enter and manage customer information while coordinating efficient pick-ups.
In this pivotal role, you champion friendly and courteous customer service both in-person and over the phone, creating lasting impressions with each interaction. You play a crucial role in coordinating all customer pick-ups, utilizing your organizational prowess to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Overview:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Delivery Clerk is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while accurately entering customer information and coordinating customer pick-ups. Delivery Clerks are responsible for using various complex internal software systems to complete data entry in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Delivery Clerk is responsible for:

Delivering friendly, courteous, and exceptional personalized customer service both in person and over the phone
Coordinating all customer pick-ups in an efficient manner
Updating reports to be used by Tepperman’s staff
Using routing software and other computer applications
General office duties

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail is a must
Effective interpersonal skills to effectively deal with both internal and external stakeholders
Effective telephone skills
Advanced computer skills
