Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Estimator who has:

· Exceptional automotive mechanical knowledge.

· A passion for helping customers.

· The confidence to recommend needed repairs honestly and professionally.

· Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

· A positive attitude and team-first mindset.

· A desire to continue learning and growing.

Whether you’re currently a Service Advisor, Service Estimator, or an experienced Automotive Technician ready for a new challenge, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

· Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns.

· Prepare accurate repair estimates using your mechanical expertise.

· Explain repairs and maintenance in clear, easy-to-understand language.

· Present recommendations with honesty and confidence.

· Work closely with our technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly.

· Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

· Build long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
