Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and enhancing our brand presence online. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong graphic design skills, and experience with various social media tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to brand growth through innovative campaigns and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and drive traffic to e-commerce sites.
Manage paid advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase brand awareness and sales.
Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and e-commerce best practices.

Skills

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital ad placement strategies.
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance metrics.
Ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand identity.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
