Project Management Administrator / Travel Coordinator responsible for overseeing project management administration and travel logistics to ensure operational efficiency and compliance This position reports to the Manager of Project Management.

What we’re looking for-
Provide administrative support to all Project Management Department members including the preparation, review, and distribution of documentation, reports, and other correspondence.

Manage travel-related expense reports, invoices, reimbursements, and financial records for employees in accordance with organizational procedures.

Coordinate employee travel logistics by arranging transportation, accommodation, and detailed travel itineraries in accordance with company policies and budgets.

Maintain petty cash.

Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
What You Bring-
Secondary School Diploma required.

Business Administration diploma, an asset.
-
2 years’ Administrative Assistant experience, an asset.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in office-based software required.
