Full job description

We are a growing distribution company looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This role will support both our Graphic Designer and Purchasing Team in developing retail programs, preparing product information, coordinating materials, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong computer skills, and is able to help keep projects organized from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Graphic Designer and Purchaser with developing new product and retail programs
Help organize product details, images, pricing, and presentation materials
Prepare and update documents, spreadsheets, and internal program information
Communicate with internal teams to gather product and project details
Support purchasing tasks, vendor communication, and basic follow-ups
Keep files, samples, and project information organized
Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working with product information, presentations, and spreadsheets
Experience in distribution, retail, purchasing, or product development is an asset
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus, but not required
