WFCU Credit Union is a leading, progressive and expanding financial organization. We have a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of our team. We are currently looking for an:

Express Services Representative

The Express Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to our membership.

In summary, the Express Services Representative will:

Respond to external member inquires in a timely, professional manner
Provide quality service to WFCU Credit Union members
Process basic over the counter financial transactions for our members such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, money orders and more
Complete miscellaneous administrative duties

The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:

Completed post-secondary education
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment
Two to four years of cash handling experience

These additional skills are considered assets too:

Prior experience within the financial services industry
