Dayus Register & Grille

Dayus Register & Grille is a premier North American manufacturer of custom aluminum registers, grilles, louvers, and diffusers, serving HVAC wholesalers, OEMs, and commercial partners across Canada and the United States. We are expanding our footprint and seeking an elite, highly autonomous Outside Salesperson to drive revenue, capture market share, and fortify wholesale and commercial relationships.

Role Summary

This is a remote, field-based position that can be located anywhere in North American target markets, but it demands an exceptional level of industry expertise. The successful candidate must already possess deep, proven sales experience within the HVAC, ventilation, or commercial building products industry. You must hit the ground running with an advanced understanding of the market, target customers, and complex manufacturing sales cycles. Dayus will provide focused training on our proprietary products, internal systems, and custom pricing logic, but the fundamental sales expertise must be brought with you on day one.

Key Responsibilities

Hunt, discover, and cultivate new high-volume business opportunities with HVAC distributors, wholesalers, and commercial partners.
Manage and expand existing customer relationships, maximizing share of wallet by positioning Dayus as the premier custom and specialty supplier.
Execute regular in-person customer visits, product presentations, and field ride-alongs to establish strong market pull-through demand.
Maintain absolute discipline in documenting all sales activities, customer touchpoints, and forecasting data in our corporate CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
Monitor and relay real-time competitive insights, pricing trends, and market demands to corporate leadership to help guide manufacturing and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

3–5+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience specifically within the HVAC, ventilation, or commercial building products manufacturing industry. (Applicants without industry-specific sales experience will not be considered).
Deep existing knowledge of HVAC wholesale distribution channels, customer buying behaviors, and commercial market dynamics.
Proven track record of operating independently in a remote territory while achieving or exceeding strict sales quotas.
Advanced proficiency with modern CRM architectures (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven pipeline tracking.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout your assigned territory, including cross-border travel between Canada and the U.S.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation suitable for regular corporate travel.
Valid travel eligibility/visa for regular entry into the United States and Canada.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs for hands-on trade show or field demonstration support.
