Full job description

Job Summary

We're opening our doors soon and we are looking for enthusiastic Pizza Makers to help build something special from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to join a new restaurant at the beginning of its journey and grow alongside out business. If you are an energetic, positive person who takes pride in all you do with experience hand tossing pizza, we want you as our Pizza Maker. We want your passion for food and creativity will come to life! In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and cooking to perfection delicious, high-quality pizzas that Windsor is known for. Let's grow together

Duties

Prepare and assemble pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and cheeses with precision and care
Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment, ensuring consistent quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards
Serve customers at the counter or assist with food service as needed, providing friendly and efficient service
Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene throughout the meal preparation process
Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supplies needed
Support team members during busy hours by helping with meal preparation and maintaining a positive work environment

Requirements

Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in pizza or kitchen environments
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail when preparing ingredients and cooking pizzas
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards customer service
Basic understanding of meal preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to fast-paced shifts
