Full job description

Job Overview:

As a Picker/Packer at our construction services company, you will play a vital role in warehouse operations by accurately selecting, preparing, and packing materials and equipment for orders. Your efficiency and attention to detail will ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Pick items from inventory based on order lists, ensuring accuracy in product type, quantity, and specifications.
Pack items securely following company guidelines to prevent damage during transit.
Label packages correctly with shipping information, barcodes, or other required identifiers.

Inventory Management:

Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing incoming stock.
Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with supervisors, delivery teams, and other warehouse staff to meet deadlines.
Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions from supervisors.

Pay: $21.83-$25.74 per hour
