PrintedShirts.ca (known to Winnipeggers as Special T Shirt Company) is one of Canada’s pre-eminent suppliers of customized printed and embroidered garments and promotional products. Our business has been built over the course of more than 30 years by delivering outstanding customer service in a deadline-driven industry where details matter.

We serve clients across Canada in Industry, Education, Government, Not-For-Profit, Entertainment, Athletics, and beyond.

We are a company of about 20 people, where every role matters. Each person carries real responsibility, and every interaction with a client reflects on the whole team. The culture is professional, direct, and collaborative—easygoing but professional.

The Role

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an outgoing, organized individual to join our team as an Account Manager / Customer Service Representative.

This is not cold sales. All business comes from inbound enquiries. What we need is someone bright, reliable, and genuinely good with people—someone who takes pride in doing things properly, even when the pace is fast and the volume is high.

You will be the steady hand clients trust when timelines are tight, details are complex, and expectations are high.

Your Skill Set

Strong problem-solving instincts.
Excellent organization and time management.
Exceptional written communication skills — this is not optional. Much of your work is done in writing, and clarity matters.
Clear, confident verbal communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams about specifications, timelines, and expectations.
Comfort working with spreadsheets and order details.
A sharp eye for accuracy and follow-through.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing client relationships from first enquiry through final delivery.
Quoting, sourcing products, coordinating artwork and production, invoicing, and tracking orders to completion.
Acting as the bridge between clients and production, translating needs into precise, workable instructions.
Learning decorating methods and product options well enough to guide clients with confidence.
Taking ownership of timelines and outcomes.

Background Preferences

Preference given to graduates of Business Administration / Commerce programs.
Additional preference for candidates with hospitality or high-volume customer service experience.
