Genuwine Cellars is currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer / Luxury Sales Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for luxury design, client relationships, and sales. As a frontline ambassador of the Genuwine brand, you will guide clients through the design and sales journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience from concept to completion.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead clients through the design and sales process for custom luxury wine cellar projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction, ensuring clients feel valued and prioritized
- Develop conceptual design ideas and collaborate with internal teams to bring luxury spaces to life
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, including private collectors, luxury homeowners, high-end restaurants, hospitality groups, and developers
- Execute proactive outreach and cold-calling strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while growing a portfolio of loyal customers
- Support the implementation of monthly sales and service plans while striving to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate closely with sales, design, and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships, track opportunities, and analyze sales activity
- Maintain a strong understanding of luxury design trends, finishes, and customer expectations
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience in luxury sales, interior design, or a related luxury industry is required
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in luxury residential design, luxury retail, hospitality, real estate, or custom home industries
- Strong passion for luxury interiors, architecture, and customer experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Experience with CRM systems and customer pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and network within the luxury market
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Full-time, permanent position
- In-person role based in Winnipeg, MB
- Willingness to travel when required
