Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting a high-quality food service operation. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality settings is a plus but not required. Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Ensure proper handling and storage of clean items to prevent contamination
Support the kitchen team during busy service times by efficiently managing dishwashing responsibilities
Follow all sanitation procedures and safety guidelines to uphold hygiene standards
Restock supplies as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary
A positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and supporting the overall success of the kitchen team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
