Floral Designer

Join our vibrant team as a Floral Designer, where your creativity and passion for floral artistry will flourish! In this dynamic role, you will craft stunning arrangements that delight our customers and elevate their special occasions. You’ll also play a pivotal role in maintaining shop excellence, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you have meaningful experience as a florist, and a desire to expand your skill set, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your talents!

What You’ll Do

Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday celebrations.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on floral selections.
Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions while ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
Create visually appealing merchandising displays that attract customers.
Stay updated on industry trends in floral design to inspire innovative creations.
Hand-tie bouquets and arrange floral products following recipes as well as creating your own stunning designs
Receive, clean, and prepare flowers and greenery, ensuring all product is healthy and up to brand standards
Contribute to shop care - sweeping, cleaning buckets, cleaning coolers, stocking, and unpacking
Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

3+ years proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Strong sense of initiative, problem-solving, and leading change.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales
Multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse customer base
