Job description

An immediate need for a Administrative Assistant/ Case officer to support immigration practice.

Strong communication skills, verbal and written, including experience with e-mail communication in an office/professional environment. The candidate must be extremely organized, reliable, energetic, good attitude, with ability to adapt to changing priorities. The applicant must also possess knowledge regarding different types of immigration applications and the requirements for each type of case. Previous experience of at least 2 years with filling applications and reviewing documents is required to apply.

Requirements

1. Must be fluent in English. Any second language is an asset.

2. Must have 2 years of Experience working as Administrative Assistant in Immigration field and knowledge regarding different types of immigration applications is required.

3. Capable of working in a fast paced office environment

4. Willing to learn and develop their skills

5. Capable of confidently communicating and assisting clients.

6. Must be a team player.

7. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

8. Good organizational skills.

9. Ability to take initiative.

10. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

11. Candidate should be looking to grow in the Administrative field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Immigration related: 1 year (preferred)
