Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanic Helper & Detailer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in automotive maintenance and customer service, offering an opportunity to develop technical skills while providing exceptional service to clients. The position involves assisting experienced mechanics with repairs and maintenance, as well as performing detailed cleaning and presentation of vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on quality are essential for success in this role.

Duties

Assist mechanics with vehicle repairs, inspections, and routine maintenance tasks
Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, inside and out, ensuring a professional appearance
Help with the organization and setup of tools and equipment in the workshop
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their satisfaction
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
Support the team in completing projects efficiently and accurately, following instructions and quality standards

Experience

Prior experience in automotive cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform meticulous cleaning and finishing tasks
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in automotive repair is a plus but not mandatory
