ABOUT VISAGE
Visage Corporation is Winnipeg's largest privately held medical aesthetics and facial plastic surgery group. We operate a family of eight brands under one roof:
- Visage Cosmetic Clinic — facial plastic surgery and facial medical aesthetics
- Visage Clinical Beauty — high-end injectables and facial treatments
- City Looks — high-volume salon and spa
- The Studio — independent practitioner suites
- Grace Hill — luxury hair salon
- Seoul Skin — premium Korean regenerative skin and scalp clinic (grand opening this fall)
- Hair Labs — medical hair restoration and trichology (launching)
- Clinical Beauty Academy — aesthetics training school (launching)
- That's six live websites, six Google Business listings, three Google Ads accounts, six Meta Ads accounts, a growing retail and e-commerce catalogue, and two brand launches happening at once. We are not a marketing department bolted onto a clinic. Marketing is how this business grows, and this role owns it.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Marketing & E-commerce Manager to own demand generation and online revenue across all eight brands — paid search and social, SEO and local search, email, the websites themselves, and the e-commerce storefronts.
This is a builder's job, not a coordinator's job. You will be in WordPress shipping pages, in Google Ads adjusting bids, in the analytics pulling the number that settles an argument. You'll have contractors and specialists to lean on, an in-house Social Media Manager who owns organic content, and an analytics partner who owns the dashboards — but the strategy, the execution, and the results are yours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Paid acquisition
- Own Google Ads and Meta Ads across all accounts and brands — structure, budgets, bidding, audiences, creative testing, and negative-keyword hygiene
- Manage cost per lead and cost per booked consult by brand and by service line; kill what doesn't convert and scale what does
- Run weekly search-term and click-fraud reviews; keep spend clean
- Brief and manage external ad specialists and freelancers
E-commerce
- Own the online stores end to end: merchandising, product and bundle setup, pricing and promos, subscriptions, checkout experience, and abandoned-cart recovery
- Grow online retail revenue for skincare and cosmeceutical lines across the Grace Hill and Seoul Skin brands
- Keep the storefront, payment processing (Stripe) and our practice-management system (Zenoti) in sync so inventory and revenue reconcile
- Launch and support course sales for the Academy (Thinkific)
Web
- Build, maintain and improve our WordPress sites — landing pages, service pages, booking flows, forms and tracking
- Lead site launches and migrations, including the two new brand sites coming this year
- Own page speed, mobile experience, and conversion-rate optimization; run A/B tests and act on the results
SEO and local search
- Own organic strategy across all domains: technical SEO, on-page, content briefs, internal linking, schema
- Manage Google Business Profiles for every location — posts, photos, Q&A, listing accuracy, and review response workflow
- Report on rankings, impressions and click-through by property and act on the gaps
Email, CRM and lifecycle
- Build and send e-blasts and lifecycle campaigns; grow and segment the list
- Own lead flow and attribution quality in our CRM (GoHighLevel) so we know what every lead cost and where it came from
- Close the loop from ad click to booked appointment to revenue
Reporting
- Deliver a weekly performance readout and a monthly KPI report to ownership: spend, CPL, CAC, ROAS, online revenue, organic growth — by brand and by location
- Bring recommendations, not just dashboards
Brand and compliance
- Keep eight brands visually and verbally consistent, and each one distinct from the others
- Keep all advertising compliant with health-care advertising rules and platform medical policies, and with Manitoba privacy legislation (PHIA)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- 3+ years owning digital marketing with real budget responsibility, including hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads management (not just oversight of an agency)
- Demonstrated e-commerce ownership — you've run an online store and grown its revenue
- Hands-on web build skills: you can build and launch a WordPress site yourself, work comfortably in a page builder, and read and fix HTML/CSS when you need to
- Working SEO knowledge — technical, on-page and local
- Fluent in GA4, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking; you can install a tag and verify it fires
- Email marketing and CRM experience
- You are numerate. You build the report, you find the number, you defend the recommendation.
- Excellent written English and a good eye for design
Nice to have
- Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, salon/spa, or another regulated health-adjacent industry
- Zenoti, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Shopify, Thinkific, CallRail, ClickCease
- Multi-location or multi-brand marketing experience
- Basic photo/video editing; comfort in Canva or Adobe
- Marketing automation or scripting to eliminate manual reporting work
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 30 days — you know every brand, every site, every ad account and every number. You've found the three biggest sources of wasted spend and told us what they are.
First 90 days — paid accounts are restructured and tracking is trustworthy. The weekly and monthly reports run on time without being chased. The Seoul Skin launch is supported end to end.
First year — cost per booked consult is down, online retail revenue is materially up, and every brand has an organic presence that generates leads we don't pay for.
