Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft delicious cocktails, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional customer service will be key to thriving in this lively environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service, all while contributing to a fun and energetic atmosphere.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and drink orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, adhering to safety standards
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction
Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred; experience in bartending or serving is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register platforms
Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Food service experience is preferred; hospitality background is a plus
Must be at least 18 years old (depending on local regulations)
