Position Summary

Canadian Footwear is well known and recognized for its focus on foot health and excellence in customer experience. We are looking for exceptional people to join our expanding team in Winnipeg. If you are focused on customer service, have an excellent background in retail experience, and want to make a difference in the lives of your fellow Canadians we are interested in speaking to you.

Every day our associates help customers find their best fit in footwear and find solutions to their foot health concerns. We are passionate about what we do, and it shows!

We are currently seeking multiple Experienced Part Time and Full Time Retail Sales Associates (RSA) in multiple locations. Please indicate which location(s) you are interested in on your cover letter.

Behind our in-store Associates is a supporting team of professionals who curate our product assortment, ensure timely deliveries, create engaging marketing, and keep our systems running at optimal effectiveness.

What You’ll Need

· A passion for retail, footwear, and ensuring that our customers receive the best in customer experience. Living up to the ‘We Fit You’ brand commitment.

· Great people skills. An excellent listener. The ability to build relationships is a must

· Experience in retail sales is a must.

· Flexibility to work weekends is a must.

What You’ll Do

· Greet and Welcome all Customers

· Measure and Fit customers under our ‘We Fit You’ guidelines

· Computer Entry: Sales, Returns, Exchanges, Credit Notes, and Gift Cards

· Paperwork: Customer Holds, Special Orders, Transfers, and Other Forms

· Handle Cash / Credit transactions within our Point of Sale (POS) system

· Assist with Store Readiness: Cleaning, Dusting, Vacuuming, etc.

· Merchandising: Product Placement, Alignment, Stock Room, etc.

· Attending Product Knowledge and Sales Training Events

What We’ll Offer

· Base Hourly Wage plus Healthy Sales Commission and Profit Sharing
