Custom Castings is a member of the Nordstern Group of Companies, which also includes Protek Surface Technologies, Forte Tooling Technologies, and Sure Cast Aluminum Foundry. We are an integrated, single-source solutions provider delivering consistent, high-quality aluminum permanent mold castings to our customers.

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor/Production Support team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain production areas, lunchrooms, washrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Manage the employee uniform program.
- Clean, empty, and secure lockers assigned to former employees.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the facility.
- Keep the building perimeter, entrances, and walkways clean by sweeping and removing garbage and debris.
- Operate a snowblower and clear paths of snow.

What You Bring:

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience is an asset.
- Have forklift experience or be willing to train.
- Ability to operate a walk-behind floor sweeper & scrubber.
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist in a variety of tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
