Telecaller – High-Volume Outbound Calling | Office-Based Position

We're committed to building strong client relationships and expanding our customer base through professional communication and exceptional service.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team at Navkar Logistics Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our fulfillment services, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate is proficient in English, comfortable making 200+ calls daily, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients using provided lead lists
Present Navkar Logistics' 3PL fulfillment services professionally and persuasively
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and patience
Meet daily and weekly calling targets consistently
Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve our outreach strategy

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills
Proven ability to handle high call volumes (200+ calls per day)
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining enthusiasm
Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in sales/customer service
Knowledge of logistics or 3PL industry
Completion of sales-related training program

Work Environment:

Office-based position in Winnipeg, Manitoba
Full-time, in-person work required
Structured calling schedule with performance targets
