Production Supervisor-OEM

Lead Production. Build Teams. Drive Excellence.

At AROW Global, we don’t just manufacture products; we build quality, innovation, and strong teams. We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor -OEM to take ownership of daily operations, lead a talented crew, and help us continuously improve how we work.

What You’ll Do

As our OEM Cell Leader, you will:

Lead day-to-day production activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets and timelines
Oversee operations including MIG/TIG welding, CNC laser cutting, and brake press work
Coordinate equipment setup, tooling, and material flow
Ensure consistent use of standard work and visual controls
Monitor product quality and drive corrective actions when needed
Support and coach team members while managing workload and shift transitions
Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate cross-functionally
Promote and enforce a safety-first culture

What You Bring

High School Diploma (post-secondary in manufacturing or industrial tech is an asset)
3+ years of experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing is considered an asset
Previous leadership or team lead experience (1–3 years preferred)
Hands-on experience with:
- MIG/TIG welding
- CNC laser operations
- Brake press equipment
Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and Microsoft 365
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support multiple shifts if needed
