ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates. We are currently accepting resumes from dedicated and energetic individuals who are looking for a position as a Lot/Yard Attendant at our Calmont Equipment at Bobcat of Edmonton, AB.

As a Lot/Yard Attendant , your primary responsibility is to keep all units clean and ready for delivery, or displayed neatly in the yard. Some job duties include, but are not limited to:

Inspect equipment for noticeable defects and damages.
Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.
Park new equipment in assigned areas.
Keep equipment lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Pick up equipment from and deliver equipment to storage or customers.
Check all equipment to make sure they are working properly and advise Manager of any problems.
Keep unit keys stored in a secure location and ensure all units are locked.
Pick up and deliver parts, personnel, and paperwork as required.
Clean equipment interior. Wash and polish equipment exterior.
Replace missing or defective small parts.
Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License is a must
Equipment experience such as skid steer, excavator and forklift would be an asset
Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable moving equipment.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Customer service skills would be an asset.
Must be able to pull trailers.
