Restaurant Services Sales Representative

Covering Ontario | Based out of Woodstock, ON

Roslin Enterprises Inc. is a Canadian-based, family-owned company focused on sustainable organic waste management solutions for the foodservice industry. We provide used cooking oil collection and grease trap services to restaurants and foodservice businesses across Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

We are looking for a driven, high-energy sales professional who is ready to hit the ground running and take ownership of their territory. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who is motivated by results, enjoys the hustle of finding new business, and doesn't need to be told what to do next.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through field sales, prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Work and actively farm leads generated through our website, inbound calls, social media and marketing campaigns.
Follow up relentlessly with prospects and turn opportunities into new accounts.
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing customers.
Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Own your territory and consistently work toward sales targets.
Address customer concerns and follow through until they are resolved.
Occasionally deliver and set up empty oil collection barrels at newly acquired accounts while travelling throughout the territory.
Keep customer and sales information organized and up to date.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is a self-starter and natural go-getter who takes initiative.
Is hungry to win and motivated by results.
Isn't afraid to pick up the phone, knock on doors, and create opportunities.
Has strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Follows up, stays organized, and doesn't let opportunities fall through the cracks.
Can work independently and take ownership without constant direction.
Has 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
Has a Class G driver's licence and is comfortable travelling regularly throughout Ontario.
Is comfortable with basic computer tools including Microsoft Office.
