TA Foods is looking for a new Crush Plant Operator for our facility in Yorkton ON NIGHTS. Sunday through Tuesday, and Sunday through Wednesday nights, alternating weeks (Modified Work Schedule - 4 week blended 160 hour's). 6:00pm to 6:00am.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
In this full-time position, the employee will be expected to support the operation and maintenance of a flax seed cleaning and flax crushing facility. This also includes inspecting and maintaining grain and oil specifications. Additional responsibilities are unloading and loading trucks, helping with maintenance items, and driving forklift.
Employees are on a 12 hour shift schedule that is standardized. There is currently no rotation between day shifts or night shifts - once your schedule is set it is generally locked in so that you can plan your off-work activity schedule effectively.
You are right for this role if you:
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Have some machine operator experience
- Have good oral and written communication skills for shift reports and quality documentation
- Have interest or experience working in agriculture and/or manufacturing
- Are able to work independently and troubleshoot effectively
Highly qualified candidates will bring:
- A High School Diploma (or GED)
- Basic mechanical ability or understanding
- Forklift experience (helpful)
- Agriculture background (helpful)
- Reliable work ethic
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
