Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and engaging interactions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Whether taking orders at the table or mixing drinks at the bar, you’ll play a vital part in delivering a lively, friendly atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and positivity thrive.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as a licensed bartender
Serve food efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling procedures
Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately at the end of each shift
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
Follow all food industry standards for food handling, safety, and sanitation protocols
Assist with opening or closing duties as needed to ensure a seamless service flow

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key
