We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled barista to join our team and help us deliver top-notch coffee experiences to our customers every day.

Job Description:
As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious espresso drinks, beautiful latte art, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure all drinks are prepared to meet the high standards outlined during training, providing customers with a consistently excellent coffee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, including expertly crafted latte art.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all health and safety guidelines.
Ensure all drinks meet the quality standards outlined during training, consistently delivering great taste and presentation.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders with a friendly, positive attitude.
Assist in restocking supplies and keeping inventory up to date.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

Previous barista experience, with a focus on espresso drinks and latte art.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow health and safety standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the craft.
