Position: Construction Labourer
Location: Surrey, BC
Reports to: Project Manager
Genaris Properties Inc. is a real estate developer and builder based in Surrey, BC. Genaris focuses on creating landmark communities and building healthcare facilities. We are currently hiring for a Construction Labourer (NOC 7611) for one of our construction projects in Langley.
Job Duties:
- Load, unload and transport construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction site.
- Mix, pour and spread materials
- Direct traffic at or near construction site
- Assist heavy equipment operators
- Clean and pile salvaged materials
- Clean up and chemical spills and other contaminants
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed
Required Experience
- Some experience as general construction labourer is an asset
