Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

As a Copywriter on our Creative Team, you'll be given the opportunity to craft the narrative of a FinTech leader who is powering commerce in Canada. With your writing expertise, we'll be able to offer our products, services, and support to businesses both big and small, across the country as they grow. This will include maintaining brand language consistency while delivering high-quality, persuasive copy within different digital and print collateral – including video scripts, web materials, social media posts, emails, rich media advertising, sales kits, infographics, and other online content.

Contract Term: 10 months.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Copywriter Lead

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

Help ideate and write content that is on brief, on brand, and compelling to our audience, from micro and small business owners to large enterprises.
Ensure brand language consistency throughout all of your creative assignments.
Edit and proof copy.
Collaborate with project owners, creative team members and other internal clients to align on brief details.
Work on several campaigns concurrently.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Copywriting, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Copywriter.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your creative range and writing ability. B2B writing experience is considered an asset.
Great research skills and the ability to track down information independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that can be employed across multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to manage your work across multiple projects simultaneously, delivering copy that is on-brief and on-time.
