Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, optimize online presence, and analyze performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of content planning, team coordination along with proficiency in social media management tools preferably in a restaurant/clinic industry. The Social Media Manager will play a key role in shaping our client's growth through innovative social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Instagram.
Reach-out to influencers for our clients and do barter/paid collabs.
Handling multiple client accounts and coordinating within the management and client forefront.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics via Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
Collaborate with the client team to promote products, sales, and special events effectively online.
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner to foster community interaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management.
Prior experience in restaurant and clinic based industry is preferred.
Proficiency in AI tools such as higgsfield and kling AI.
Experience with content planning and working with paid social media campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics.
Ability to craft compelling content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality output.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Creative mindset with the ability to analyze data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
