En Ogilvy Barcelona estamos buscamos a un/a Client Finance Assistant para el deparamento de finanzas en un internship a través de un convenio con el Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC) para unirse al equipo de Finanzas:
¿Cuáles serán tus tareas?
1. Creación de presupuestos de trabajo.
2. Gestión de compras a proveedores.
3. Preparación de la facturación a cliente.
4. Gestión documental asociada a los trabajos.
5. Preparación y análisis del cierre de ingresos.
6. Elaboración de los presupuestos anuales y trimestrales: Gestión y seguimiento del presupuesto de ingresos.
7. Control, seguimiento y análisis de desviaciones del cierre vs presupuesto. Preparación de informes sobre desviaciones.
8. Realización de controles contables para garantizar la máxima fiabilidad de la información.
9. Contribuir a la estandarización de los procedimientos y controles internos según políticas y normas del grupo.
10. Colaborar en los procesos de auditoría, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la transparencia financiera.
Requisitos:
• Recién graduado/a en Económicas, Administración y Dirección de empresas o similar.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Usuario avanzado MS Office, especialmente Excel.
• No se requiere experiencia.
Competencias:
• Proactividad y autonomía.
• Flexible.
• Capacidad de Comunicación oral y escrita.
• Alta capacidad de trabajo equipo.
• Capacidad de gestión del cambio.
• Sensibilidad hacia las exigencias derivadas del calendario.
