Daily Responsibilities
As a member of our Time Out Market team, you may be asked to:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, pastries, desserts, and soft serve ice cream.
- Work across both the Bakery Café and Creamery stations as operational needs change.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
- Maintain consistent product quality while working efficiently during busy periods.
- Be mindful of guest waiting times and help keep service flowing smoothly.
- Restock products and keep workstations clean, organised, and ready for service.
- Support teammates and assist wherever needed throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Help maintain smooth communication and teamwork between both operating stations.

- Previous experience in a café, bakery, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service environment is preferred.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
