About the Role

Reporting

The Unlicensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Maintenance (AME - M) reports directly to the Crew Chief.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance or guidance to the crew.
Communicate when tasks are complete so the next trade can move on the job.
Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
Promote company values, vision, and mission.
Demonstrated capability and competency in the field of expertise.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
Processes strong fundamental aircraft knowledge.
Builds quality capability and responsiveness for Avmax Group Inc.
Carry out maintenance repairs on customer aircraft.
Sign work sheets and work cards for work accomplished - completely and accurately.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
Dash-8 and CRJ experience is considered an asset.
