Responsabilités :

Préparer et dresser les tables avec une attention particulière aux détails ;
Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et les accompagner à leur table ;
Présenter le menu et conseiller les clients ;
Prendre les commandes et assurer la liaison avec la cuisine et le bar ;
Servir les plats et les boissons en respectant les standards de l’établissement ;
Veiller à la satisfaction des clients ;
Encadrer et former les commis de salle si nécessaire ;
Maintenir un haut niveau d’hygiène et de propreté dans l’espace de travail.

Les compétences qui nous intéressent :

Expérience préalable en restauration, 1 à 2 ans minimum en tant que chef de rang ou poste similaire ;
Excellent sens du service et de la relation client ;
Bonne connaissance des techniques de service et des règles d’hygiène ;
Esprit d’équipe, réactivité et résistance au stress ;
Le bilinguisme français-anglais est requis afin d’assurer un service de qualité à notre clientèle locale, touristique et internationale.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set tables with meticulous attention to detail;
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their table;
Present the menu and provide informed recommendations;
Take orders and liaise efficiently with the kitchen and bar;
Serve food and beverages in accordance with the establishment’s standards;
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience;
Supervise and train commis waiters when required;
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, with at least 1–2 years as a waiter or in a similar role;
Strong customer service skills and guest-oriented mindset;
Solid knowledge of service techniques and hygiene standards;
Team spirit, responsiveness, and ability to work well under pressure;
French-English bilingualism is required in order to provide quality service to our local, tourist, and international clientele.
