Job Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Kitchen Help to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in supporting food preparation, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in food service or restaurant operations, with a strong focus on meal preparation and food handling. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting where attention to detail and teamwork are vital for success.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
Support cooking processes by following recipes and kitchen procedures
Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food safety regulations
Serve meals efficiently to customers or staff as needed
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Organize and stock supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow proper food handling protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met
Assist with meal plating and presentation when required

Experience

Prior experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience with serving customers or staff in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
Previous kitchen experience demonstrating reliability, efficiency, and teamwork skills

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the culinary arts who thrive in collaborative environments. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
