Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing: Wash, rinse, and sanitize glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using dishwashers or by hand.
Station Management: Maintain clean and organized dishwashing stations, floors, and storage areas.
Trash Removal: Regularly empty trash cans, dispose of garbage, and clean trash cans.
Support Roles: Assist kitchen staff by transferring dishes, cleaning, and preparing workstations, and sometimes aiding in basic food prep.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to all food safety protocols, and report any hazardous situations or machine malfunctions to management.

Requirements:

Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items.

Availability:

This is a full-time position for evenings and weekends as needed (3pm- 10pm/11pm)
This is a seasonal position from April until October
