Caspian Development Group is currently seeking to hire a motivated, reliable, and experienced landscaper for full time positions to join our team. Daily tasks include but not limited to, interlocking, hardscaping, landscaping, decks, and fences of residential properties. We will require the individual to meet on job sites in our service areas which are mainly in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Experience is an asset in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The landscaper has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Utilizing different tools to implement tasks.
- Installation of hardscape and softscape materials.
- Loading and unloading of trucks/trailers.
- Set up and clean up of sites.
- Operate equipment (preferred).
- Perform duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and own a vehicle.
- A desire to work and learn as a member of a growing team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Produce high quality craftsmanship with minimal supervision.
- Organized and committed in completing projects on time.
- Comply with safety requirements at all times.
- Willingness to work throughout the GTA.
- Experience in aspects of landscaping.
- Ability to read, and review working drawings.
- Ability to troubleshoot obstacles and solve conflicts.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Landscaping: 3 years (preferred)
